These are the terms governing your use of this website. Terms for paid work, such as scope, deliverables and payment, are agreed separately in each signed project agreement.
1. About these terms
This site is operated by THESONDERWAY LTD, which trades as Oleka and appears here as Oleka Ai. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 15674127, and its registered office is Flat 51 Austen House, Station View, Guildford GU1 4AN. “We” and “us” below mean that company.
By accessing this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. We may update them from time to time; material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
2. Use of content
All copy, design, code samples, illustrations and visual primitives on this site are © THESONDERWAY LTD unless explicitly attributed. You’re welcome to share short excerpts with attribution and a link back, but please don’t reproduce the site or substantial sections of it without written permission.
3. Pricing & quotes
Pricing shown on the services page is indicative for the UK 2025-26 market and applies to typical scopes. The discovery call produces a written quote tailored to your specific scope, fixed for 30 days.
Standard payment terms for a build you own are 50 % on signature and 50 % on launch. Hourly work is invoiced as agreed in your quote. UK VAT is added where applicable.
4. No warranty for the site
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose beyond illustrating what we offer.
5. External links
Where we link to a third-party site (e.g. Calendly to book a call), we don’t control its content or practices. Their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those services.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability for use of this website is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
7. Engagement terms
Once we agree to work together, a separate engagement letter sets out the scope, deliverables, deadlines, ownership of deliverables, NDAs, and IP terms. For paid work, the signed engagement letter takes precedence over these site terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of the site.
