Oleka Ai helps small and medium businesses, and people who work for themselves, bring AI into the work they already do. We start with the jobs that eat the week. The phone that rings while everyone is with a customer. The quote that waits three days for someone to type it up.
Software can take those jobs off a person’s desk. The hours it saves go back to your staff, who know your customers and your trade better than any tool. They spend that time on the work that wins new business, and they get more of it done.
And we train them. The goal is a team that uses AI well in its own roles and can spot the next job worth handing over without waiting for us to point it out.
For larger enterprise systems.
Some projects need more people than we put on a build ourselves. A system rolled out across several sites, or one that has to sit inside a large company’s own IT. For work like that we find and bring in qualified specialist teams, and we stay your single point of contact from the first call to handover.
If your project is that size, say so on the call. Everything else on this site, we build ourselves.

Dan Ghezelbash spent three years at Bastion Health, a US digital health company. He joined as employee number seven, in its earliest days, starting in quality assurance and running the team’s Kanban and Scrum board. Within two years he was Product Owner. He helped the company through its Series A.
By the time he left, the platform connected 100 urologists across 50 US states with 800,000 patients. Dan specced and shipped an AI chatbot, regulated by the FDA, that triaged prostate and infertility cases.
He left in November 2024 to learn AI from the inside out. Since then he has built four products around it. A voice AI system that books taxis. An autonomous operations engine. A 3D studio for interior design. A retail brand run on software.
He started Oleka Ai to bring that same product discipline to businesses that cannot hire a product team of their own.
