That might be connecting what you have and showing your team how to use it well, or owning a system outright in accounts in your name. If software will not help, we say so on the call.

We cost the work against what you told us. To connect your current tools, the quote sets out the estimated hours at our published rate, and we agree any extra hours with you before doing them. For a system you own, it is one price for an agreed scope. Both list what is included and what is not. A fully bespoke build needs a short paid discovery first, and we will say so on the call.

Connecting your tools, we work inside the accounts you already have and set up the links between them. Owning it, the system goes into a repository, database and cloud account in your name from day one, often starting from a proven open source base. A short video reaches you at the end of each day, so there is never a week of silence.
Your team runs it before we leave.
We sit with the people who will use it and work through their real tasks until they manage without us. On the connect route that training is the main job, because the tools are ones you already pay for. On the owned route you also get the code and written documentation, and it keeps running on accounts in your name whether or not you stay with us.
